Do you have a pool?

        Yes, we have just added a new pool for our guests to use. 30' x 70' and open 10AM-9PM. Please bring beach towels. We have a clothes line on screened in porch to hang wet clothes/towels. Pool access begins at 4pm the day you check in and ends at 11am the day you check out.



How far away are you from the beach?

        We are a mile and a half inland; about a 7 minute drive to the closest beach: Pier Cove and West Side County Park.



Do you allow pets?

        Unfortunately, we do not allow them at this time. There are no exceptions.



Is smoking allowed in the cottages?

       There is no smoking in the cottages or the screened in porches.


I have rented a cottage, can I have day guests?

        We do not allow extra guests. For example: if you have rented a cottage that sleeps 4, anything above that is not allowed unless previously arranged with us. We live on the property and do monitor this.



What is required to rent a cottage?

        A deposit is required to rent a cottage and that can be paid over the phone by credit card or by check if it is prior to 30 days of arrival. There is a limit of two different credit cards per reservation. We do also send out a rental agreement via email that should be signed and sent back before arrival.

       *Once you have given your credit card information and the card is ran, you have accepted our Cancellation policy (listed below).



What do you require for a deposit?

        If your Check-In Date is more than 30 days, half deposit is required.

        If it is less than 30 days, full deposit is required.

        The other half is due when you check in at the office which is located on the same property, there are signs. If you are allowing someone else in your group to check in before you arrive, please arrange payment of the balance beforehand. Please let us know if you are planning on arriving after 6pm for check-in.



What is your cancellation policy?

        If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

               -100% of deposit if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date (by 12:00pm EST)



What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

       Check-In is at 4pm, no early arrival please. Usually, the day we have Guests checking out, we have new Guests checking in so we need that time to get all of the cottages ready.

(Check-In may be 5pm due to high demand of cottages/cleaning purposes and we would inform you of that before hand).

       Check-Out is at 11am at the latest. Once again, the day we have Guests checking out, we usually have new Guests checking in so we need that time to get the cottages ready.


Do you require Saturday to Saturday stays?

        We actually do not do check-in/check-out on Saturdays as it's a very busy day for our cleaning crew.



What do I need to bring with me?

        All you need to bring is your clothes, food, beach towels and toiletries.

Towels, sheets and linens are provided. We also supply start up toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and liquid hand soap.



Do you change sheets and towels during our stay?

        We do not but that service is offered for an addition fee.


Where do we park?

          Each cottage can comfortably park two vehicles in front of it. Each vehicle should be parked on the designated concrete parking spots and not on the blacktop. If you are going to have an extra car, please let us know and we will let you know where you can park it.




Please Note:

*Due to the fact that in the past we have had renters abuse the sleep numbers/maximum occupancy, we will exercise our right of immediately terminating your contract.


**We try to accommodate people by not requiring a week long stay, this creates unusual time slots that need to be filled. Time slots that remain may require more than a 3 night minimum.  Also, we do not want to leave a night or two in between other reservations that will not get filled.
